SocialMatch was an innovative ad product that could transform any type of brand content (such as Tweets, Facebook and Instagram posts) into fully compliant IAB programmatic ad units. Brands could take a successful tweet and distribute it across the web as a 300X250 ad using advanced website or audience targeting. This product was beta tested successfully the Huffington Post achieving click-through rates of 2%. Ultimately API access was restricted as the social platforms introduced their own versions of these types of ads.
